A Health Coach offers guidance and inspiration to help clients shift their behavior to healthier habits by making step-by-step changes to their diet and lifestyle. The client learns about new healthy foods and the concept of primary foods: relationships, physical activity, career, and spirituality. As a result of this partnership, clients develop a deeper understanding of the foods and lifestyle choices that work best for them, and implement lasting changes that improve their energy, balance, and health. Instead of prescribing one diet or one way of exercising, Health Coaches focus on teaching clients to become self-sufficient by observing their own unique responses to various modifications and choosing health-promoting behaviors that work for them.
Health Coaches are needed to full the gap between medical professionals and preventative healthcare. The goal is not to replace any existing healthcare professional; rather, health coaching serves to complement existing healthcare providers. With millions of people suffering from preventable lifestyle-related diseases, the Health Coach is a complementary member of the healthcare team that can help bring about lasting behavior changes for more people, in less time and with a greater impact than the current role model. In this role, Health Coaches support the mission to play a crucial role in improving health and happiness, and through that process, create a ripple effect that transforms the world.
A Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers clients to take responsibility for their own health and supports them to implement and sustain lifestyle and behavior changes that will contribute to the achievement of their personal wellness goals. Some common areas where a Health Coach may help a client to focus include weight management, food cravings, sleep, energy, stress management, and digestions - just to name a few.
A Health Coach does not take the place of any medical practitioner; rather, they serve as the missing link - the patient guide - that helps develop strategies to enact real, lasting lifestyle changes that address not only the diagnostic label (i.e., pre-diabetic), but also serve to enhance the client's overall wellness. A Health Coach does not diagnose, treat, or take responsibility for bringing about wellness changes in a client's life; rather, they guide and support the development of and progress toward personal wellness goals.
Accountability is a big part of what I offer. We’ll work together to overcome any roadblocks, and I’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
Investing in your health is truly priceless. Many of my clients share that the personalized approach and real, lasting results make it worth every dollar. If you’ve tried cheaper alternatives without seeing the desired outcomes, this could be the solution you’ve been waiting for—an investment that brings lasting value and transformation to your life.
If you've tried making lifestyle changes on your own but haven't seen the results you hoped for, it might be time to consider a health coach. Common triggers include life transitions like post-pregnancy, chronic fatigue, or weight plateaus, as well as recommendations from your doctor. Many people seek a health coach because they struggle with maintaining consistency and accountability, and a coach can provide the support and guidance needed to achieve lasting success.
Health coaching can help you overcome common challenges like lack of structure, guidance, and accountability. If you've struggled to create a personalized plan for your goals—whether it's weight loss, improved fitness, or better nutrition habits—a coach can provide the tailored support you need. Many of my clients also face emotional struggles with body image, stress eating, and low energy. As your health coach, I’ll give you clear steps and ongoing support to help you move forward with confidence and achieve lasting results.
Working with a health coach is different from googling your own answers or trying less expensive options because it provides personalized support tailored to your specific needs and goals. While most clients have tried DIY programs, apps, and fitness influencers, they often felt impersonal or ineffective. They have explored online resources, but felt overwhelmed by the lack of individual attention. Less expensive options like fitness classes or meal plans didn’t offer a holistic approach that addresses both your mental and physical well-being. With a health coach, you'll get clear, actionable steps and ongoing support that helps you stay on track and make lasting changes.
I truly understand how you’re feeling, and you’re not alone in having doubts. Many of my clients have had the same concerns—wondering if the investment is worth it or if they’ll truly see the results they’re hoping for. It’s natural to question whether you’ll be able to stick with it or if lasting change is even possible. Allow me to assure you, my approach is all about you! It’s completely personalized to your unique goals and needs, helping you look and feel your best through a balanced approach to nutrition, fitness, and sustainable lifestyle changes. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your life and works at a pace that feels right for you. This isn’t just an investment in a service—it’s an investment in your well-being, your confidence, and a healthier, more vibrant version of yourself. With my support, you’ll have the guidance, accountability, and tools to make lasting changes that align with your true potential, leading to a life and body that you’re proud of. You deserve to feel great in every aspect of your life, and I’m here to help you get there.
